WOULD YOU SIGN A PRE-NUP PENALISING YOU FOR GAINING WEIGHT?
One Contracting Out Agreement had the unusual clause, “Husband’s weight should not exceed 180 pounds (82 kilograms), and if it does, he must pay the wife $5,000 for every additional pound annually until back to target weight”. Would you sign that? I know I wouldn’t
