This form helps us gather the details we need to prepare your application for probate or letters of administration. 

Once we receive this information, Hayley will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your situation. If you decide to work with Hayley, your matter will be placed on the Caring Estates Fast Track – meaning we will:

• • Prepare the documents within one week of receiving all documentation from you.
  • Submit the funeral payment request to the bank within two business days of receiving the funeral invoice.
  • Keep you informed until the estate is finalised.
