Proverbs 16:24, “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bone”.

As the Caring Lawyer, I believe words are extremely powerful.  A pleasant caring word can be healing like honey, bring peace and take away worries.  When clients are going through a difficult time, a pleasant word can get them through.

Also, when negotiating with other lawyers, I have seen how much better the results are when we speak pleasantly rather than speaking harshly or rudely to each other.  We can both achieve great results for our clients when we talk pleasantly.  These great results are also sweet for the client.
